欠发达地区土地流转对农村劳动力转移就业的影响研究——基于DID模型与呼图壁县实地调研
Study on Effect of Land Circulation on Transfer Employment of Rural Labor in Undeveloped Areas Based on DID Model and Field Survey of Hutubi County in Xinjiang

Abstract
Taking Hutubi county in Xinjiang as an example, using DID model and the field survey data, this paper studied the relationship between land circulation and transfer employment of rural labor in undeveloped areas. The results showed that:( 1) the nationality, number of students, average age of labor force, and accessibility of public transport had significantly negative influences on the transfer and transfer employment proportion of rural labor; ( 2) there was a significantly positive correlation be-tween the non-agricultural income proportion and the transfer and transfer employment proportion of rural labor;( 3) because the national minority enjoys the preferential policy of birth control and is effected by the traditional ideas, the family scale had a nega-tive correlation with the transfer employment proportion of rural labor, and the land circulation had a significantly positive correla-tion with the transfer employment proportion of rural labor in undeveloped areas.关键词
