产焦性没食子酸菌株筛选及其培养条件优化
Screening and Optimization of Culture Condition of a Pyrogallol-producing Strain

Abstract
Three bacteria strains including Enterobacter spp., Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus plantarum were tested for degrading gallic acid into pyrogallol. The factors affecting the activity of gallate decarboxylase from E. spp. and L. plantarum, including substrate concentration, temperature, pH, magnesium sulfate ( MgSO4 ) concentration were also studied. The experiment results showed that the yield of pyrogallol by E. spp. could reach 58. 11% with the temperature 28 ℃, 30 mmol/L gallic acid, 8 mmol/L ( NH4 ) 2 SO4 , 80 mmol/L MgSO4 and pH 6.0 after cultured for 48 h. Meanwhile, the yield of pyrogallol by L. plantarum could reach 83.31% with the temperature 37℃, substrate concentration 10 mmol/L, concentration of ( NH4 ) 2 SO48 mmol/L, concentration of MgSO420 mmol/L and pH 6.5 after cultured for 48 h.关键词
