MTA对细胞增殖活性的影响
Effect of MTA on cell proliferation activity
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To incubate macrophage cell line RAW to evaluate the cellular viability in the presence of MTA and the relation between concentration and cytotoxicity. Methods:Mineral trioxide aggregate( MTA) with different con-centration(12. 5,25,50,100,200 mg/mL)was used to incubated RAW cells for 24 h and 72 h separately and then evaluated the cell proliferation by cell counting kit-8 assay. Ca( OH) 2 with same concentration was as a control. Results:The concentra-tion of MTA and stimulation time would affect the proliferation of RAW cells. With the high concentration ( 50 ~200 mg/mL) ,MTA would inhibit the proliferation of RAW cells. Reversely,high concentration of MTA didn' t influence the prolifera-tion of CHO,especially in 24 h. Ca(OH)2 restrained the viability of both cells. Conclusion:The concentration of MTA and stimulation time would affect the proliferation of RAW cells.关键词
