IRF6、ENPP1基因在新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群中单核苷酸多态性位点的分布特征
Linkage disequilibrium analysis of IRF6、ENPP1 gene of XinJiang Uyghur and Han nationalities.
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the gene polymorphisms distribution of ectonucleotide phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1)gene and(IRF6)gene rs642961, rs6925433 and rs7773292 among Uyghur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang,and discussed whether they are Linkage disequilibrium. Methods:Genotype and allele frequencies of 3 SNPs were examined by polymerase chain reaction and double deoxidation termination method,LD analysis and haplotype frequencies were evaluated with SHEsis software. Results:GG type was the major genotype in rs642961 among Uyghur and Han nationalities,frequency of GG were higher and AA were lower in Han nationality(χ2 =13. 010,P =0. 006). LD analysis revealed that SNPs rs6925433 and rs7773292 were in linkage disequilibrium(D' =0. 846,r2 =0. 672). In the 8 haplotypes calculated from 3 SNPs,haplotype5 in Han nationality were higher than Uyghur nationality,haplotype1 in Uyghur nationality were higher than Han nationality(P=0. 000223/0. 000131). Conclusion:The gene polymorphisms distribution of rs642961 among Uyghur na-tionality in Kashgar were found be obviously different from Han nationality in Urumchi,SNPs rs6925433 and rs7773292 were in linkage disequilibrium.关键词
