己糖激酶1及NLRP3信号通路内关键分子在难治性根尖周炎中的表达研究
Expression of hexokinase 1 and key molecules of NLRP3 signaling pathway in refractory apical periodontitis

Abstract
Objective:To detect the expression of hexokinase 1(HK1) and key molecules of NLRP3 signaling path-way in refractory apical periodontitis. Methods:Twenty patients with refractory apical periodontitis who underwent apical sur-gery were selected to collect the granulation tissue scraped during the operation. And twenty normal periapical tissues were collected from the ambulatory impacted teeth. The expressions of HK1, NLRP3, Caspase-1, IL-1β and IL-18 in the two groups were detected by qRT-PCR. Results:qRT-PCR showed that the mRNA levels of HK1,NLRP3 and Caspase-1 in re-fractory apical periodontitis were significantly higher than those in normal group,while there was no significant differences in mRNA levels of IL-1βand IL-18 between the two groups. Conclusion:HK1/NLRP3/Caspase-1 may play an important role in refractory apical periodontitis,but there may be multiple signaling pathways co-regulate IL-1βand IL-18,and play an im-mune defense effect in refractory apical periodontitis.关键词
