CHX等离子体杀灭牙龈卟啉单胞菌的实验研究
The antimicrobial activity of plasma jet with helium flowing through 2% chlorhexidine against Porphyromonas gingivalis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial activity of plasma jet with helium(He)flowing through 2%chlorhexidine( CHX) against Porphyromonas gingivalis. Methods:Porphyromonas gingivalis suspensions were inoculated into 30 sterile cover slips for incubation to establish the bacterial biofilms. The infected specimens were randomly divided into one control group treated without plasma and four experimental groups,that He gas flowing for 4 min with the plasma off( Group 1),plasma jet sterilization without He gas flowing through 2% CHX for 2 min(Group 2),or 4 min(Group 3),and plasma jet sterilization with He gas flowing through 2% CHX for 2 min(Group 4),or 4 min(Group 5). The number of surviving bacteria in each specimen was determined by counting the colony forming units( CFU)/mL on anaerobic petri dish. Results:The re-sults indicated that statistically significant reduction in CFU/mL(P<0. 05)existed for four treatment groups compared to the control group. The reductions in CFU/mL were observed for Group 5(4. 795 log unit reduction)and Group 4(2. 827 log unit reduction) ,which were treated by plasma jet sterilization with He flowing through 2% chlorhexidine for 4 or 2 min,respec-tively. In addition,the reduction in Group 5 was significantly greater compared with that in Group 4 or in the groups treated by plasma jet sterilization without He flowing through 2% chlorhexidine for 2 or 4 min(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Plasma jet with He flowing through 2% chlorhexidine can effectively sterilized porphyromonas gingivalis and should be considered as an alter-native method for peri-implantitis.关键词
