厦门市6~7岁儿童乳牙患龋情况及其与第一恒磨牙患龋的相关性

Abstract
Objective:To study the caries status of primary teeth and its correlation with the first permanent molar in 6-to 7-year-old children in Xiamen. Methods:On the bases of the guideline of the fourth national oral health survey,the caries status of 152 children aged 6 to 7 years in Xiamen from 3 schools were surveyed with stratified cluster random sam-pling. Results:The incidence of dental caries was 76. 97%,and the decayed,missing and filled teeth( dmft) was 3. 73. The dmft and the decayed,missing and filled surface(dmfs)of boy was higher than girl(P<0. 05). The dmft and dmfs of the pri-mary teeth in boy was higher than that in girl(P<0. 05). A clear symmetry and an accumulation in the molar area of primary teeth was obvious. Significant correlation was found between the caries of primary teeth and the first permanent molar. Con-clusion:The incidence of dental caries is high and the filling rate is low in 6-to 7-year-old children in Xiamen. Comprehen-sive measures should be taken to prevent caries and improve dental health.关键词
