口腔颌面部动静脉畸形的手术治疗
Surgical treatment of 12 cases of arteriovenous malformations of oral and maxillofacial region

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of surgical treatment for arteriovenous malformations( AVMs) of oral and maxillofacial region. Methods:From January 2008 to June 2015,complete resection for 12 cases of arteriovenous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region was undertaken. Preoperative embolization was done in two diffuse lesions. Re-sults:In 6 cases of the surgical treated AVMs of soft tissue lesions,four were focal lesion and two were diffuse lesion. Six ca-ses were intraosseous AVMs of the jaws,including 5 cases in the mandible and one in the maxilla. No recurrence with median follow-up of 6. 2 years. Patients were satisfied with the appearance improvement. Conclusion:Surgical treatment still plays an important role in the treatment of arteriovenous malformations of oral and maxillofacial region.关键词
