肺癌脑转移患者中不同EGFR突变状态下的临床及影像学特点
Clinical and imaging features between different EGFR mutation patients with brain metastasis from lung
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical and imaging features between different epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ) mutation patients with brain metastasis from lung .Methods 72 patients with brain metastasis from lung were detected the EGFR mutation status in Radiotherapy Department of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital ,from Jan 1,2014 to Dec 31,2016.45 patients had EGFR mutation composed to the rest 27 didn't.The clinical data and the imaging features of them were analyzed retrospectively .Results Among the patients in the study ,the brain metastasis symptoms in patients with EGFR mutation were more than those in patients without EGFR mutation ( P >0.05).The brain metastasis rate was significantly lower in patients age over 60 years(P<0.05).A total of 8 patients were transferred to the dura , and all of them were accompanied by EGFR mutations .There was no significant difference in brain metastasis rate in patients with different EGFR status,or gender,or intracranial metastasis in a year (all P>0.05).Also,there was no significant difference in the intracranial distribution of the brain metastasis ,the size of the tumor ,the number of the tumor,and the enhanced features in patients with or without EGFR mutation (all P >0.05). Conclusion In patients with brain metastasis ,the dura is more likely to be transferred in patients with EGFR mutations .The age ( >60 or ≤60 ) is an important factor in brain metastasis .EGFR mutation status is associated with the presence of the brain metastasis symptoms .关键词
