悬吊技术在面肌痉挛显微血管减压术中的应用
Application of hanging techniques in microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of hanging techniques in microvascular decompression(MVD) for hemifacial spasm(HFS).Method The surgical effects of 58 patients with HFS treated by MVD using hanging techniques were analyzed .Results The postoperative total effective rate was 98.3%( 57/58 ) and the curative rate was 94.8%( 55/58 ).Postoperative complication included transient hearing dysfunction , delayed facial paralysis and infection of incisional wound of one each retrospectively .The follow-up period ranged from 1 to 9 year.1 case experienced recurrence during the following-up period .Conclusion MVD with hanging technique of offending artery is a simple ,safe and effective way in treating HFS .关键词
