摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis ( PTB) and multiple primary lung cancer ( MPLC) . Methods The clinical data of one case of PTB and MPLC treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results This patient was hospitalized due to cough for more than ten days and he-moptysis for one week. The patient was diagnosed with PTB and left upper lung squamous cell carcinoma ( SCC) af-ter medical examinations were completed. After surgical resection, the diagnosis of PTB and left upper lung SCC was confirmed by pathological examination, and anti-tuberculosis treatment were performed. Nine months after operation, the right subaxillary mass was detected and then resected. Combined with the pathological result and chest CT, the patient was diagnosed with right upper lung adenocarcinoma with rib metastases, right subaxillary metastases, PTB, and left upper lung SCC. By chemotherapy, the lesion of the right upper lung adenocarcinoma was smaller. The pa-tient was discharged but lost to follow-up. Conclusion PTB complicated by MPLC are rare, and early diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the prognosis.关键词
