摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features and causes of misdiagnosis of the ileum transposition and the interposition colon. Methods The clinical data of 1 case of ileum transposition and interposition colon in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patient presented with intermittent distention and pain in the upper abdomen for 7 months, which was aggravated 3 days before admission. Repeated abdominal X-ray showed incomplete intestinal obstruction, but the patient was not responsive to the treatments, including fasting water, ene-ma, and laxative, were given, and the symptoms were not obviously improved. Diagnosis of ileum transposition and interposition colon was confirmed by the related examinations, and the symptoms were improved after the symptomatic treatment. The patient was followed up for 4 months, and reported no symptoms. Conclusion Given atypical clini-cal symptoms of ileum transposition and interposition colon which is also rare, strengthening the understanding and improving the level of diagnosis and treatment is the key to early and definitive diagnosis as well as the improvement of the prognosis.关键词
