摘要

Abstract

Based on the traditional honeycomb jacket reactor in structural design existing excessive margin, waste materials and other defects, this paper put forward the honeycomb jacket structure stress analysis and fatigue calculation by using the finite element software ANSYS, obtained the maximum stress intensity located at the outer wall of welding foot of short tube and jacket structure.In order to ensure the fatigue strength and stress intensity, the thickness of tube, diameter, tube spacing, jacket thickness four parameter optimization were designed by using ANSYS parameters language, and the objective function of the whole structure was minimized. The analysis results show that the optimization quality reduces by 39.4%.Research results of the project group cut down the manufacturing cost, thereby realize the goals of reducing the structural quality and economy.
