土地财政、 新型城镇化对公共服务的影响
The Effect of Land Finance and New-Type Urbanization on Public Service
摘要
Abstract
The paper builds provinces ' evaluation index systems to measure the public services level of China's 30 provincial areas from 2004 to 2014.It also constructs the theoretical framework to discuss the impact of land finance and new-type urbanization on the public services and tests the theses by empirical study method with dynamic spatial autoregression model .The results show that , the new-type urbanization is a significant factor that promotes the supply of public services .The direct impact of land finance on public services is significantly negative , and the inhibitory action is gradually reduced from the east to the west .New-type urbanization effect of land finance will curb the supply of public services ,but it has reverse effect on the areas relying heavily on land finance .Region-al economic development ,industrial structure and population density are also important factors which affect public services .关键词
