舌鳞状细胞癌组织中Oct4、Sox2蛋白表达变化及意义
Expression and significance of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins in tongue squamous-cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the expression changes of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins in tongue squamous-cell carcino-ma (TSCC)and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins in 83 TSCC tis-sues and 15 normal mucosa tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP. The relationship between the expression of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins and the clinicopathological parameters of TSCC patients was analyzed. Patients were followed up for 5 years. The survival rate was recorded. The relationship between the positive rate of Oct4 and Sox2 protein expression and the 5-year survival rate was analyzed by COX ratio. Results The positive expression rates of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins in TSCC tissues were higher than those in the normal tongue tissues (P < 0. 05). The positive expression of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins was not related to age,sex,smoking history,drinking history,and tumor clinical staging (all P > 0. 05),but was related to the histological grade and lymph node metastasis (both P < 0. 05). The 5-year survival rate of Oct4 or Sox2 pro-tein positive patients was lower than that of those with negative expression (P < 0. 05). The total survival rate of patients with Oct4 and Sox2 positive protein expression was the lowest (P < 0. 05). Sox2 and lymph node metastasis were independ-ent factors affecting the survival of TSCC patients (all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of Oct4 and Sox2 protein is highly expressed in TSCC,both of them may participate in the development of TSCC,and Sox2 is the influencing factor for the survival.关键词
