基于模糊综合评价法的大同市山洪灾害风险评价
Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method-based risk assessment on mountain torrent disaster in Datong City

Abstract
Aiming at the insufficiency of the study on the risk assessment of the mountain torrent disaster in Datong City,a relevant risk assessment is made in combination with the advantages of the three methods,i.e.fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process and GIS.In accordance with the geographical environment and regional survey of Datong City,9 influencing factors,i.e.rainfall intensity,frequency of heavy rainfall,relief amplitude,river network density,vegetation coverage,population density,GDP density,farmland area ratio and mining area ratio,are selected for building up the factor set,and then descending semi-trapezoid distribution function is chosen to calculate the membership degree,while the weights of all the factors are calculated with analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of raster data,the process of the risk assessment is finished with the spatial analysis function of GIS.The assessment result shows that the proportions of the lowest risk area,lower risk area,medium risk area,the higher risk area and the extremely high risk area within the total area of the city are 36.86%,32.43%,14.69%,8.77% and 7.25% respectively.Through the verification on the assessment result made with the historical data of mountain torrent disaster therein,it is indicated that the assessment result is basically coincided with the local actual risk level,thus can be taken as the referential basis for the mountain torrent disaster control and management of Datong City.关键词
