肥胖对精子发生机制影响的研究进展
Research progress on effect of obesity on spermatogenesis
摘要
Abstract
The incidence rate of obesity in men has been rising in recent years.The effects of obesity on the semen quality have gradually attracted people's attention.However,the mechanism is complicated and still not clear yet.The mechanism which obesity affects spermatogenesis has been a research hotspot.Some studies found that obesity impacted semen quality and reduce male fertility mainly through affecting endocrine,inducing inflammatory response,increasing oxidative stress response etc.This review discusses and summarizes the relevant mechanisms in order to provide some guidance for clinical practice.关键词
