摘要

Abstract

We obtained purified single bacterial strains through separation by dilute plate method from the soil of the garden,and through submerged cultivation screened out a high-yield IAA (29.127 mg·L -1) bacterium GMZB-12, which was proved to be Klebsiella oxytoca through germ detector and 16S rDNA authentication. On the basis of the influence of growth of high-yield IAA bacterium GMZB-12 through tests on single-factor culturing conditions including incubation time,carbon source and nitrogen source,the incubation condition of high-yield IAA bacterium was optimized through the response surface methodology. The best incubation condition was confirmed to be with sucrose concentration of 10 g·L-1,yeast power concentration of 11.2 g·L-1,MgSO4 concentration of 0.22 g·L-1 and CaCl2 concentration of 0.22 g·L-1. the seed germination test shows that GMZB-12 bacterial suspension has the function of promoting the growth of branch paddy roots.
