摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effect of potassium ion on the seedling of Pyrus betulaefolia, the experiment was based on the concen-tration of potassium ion in Hoagland nutrient solution, 8 treatments were set up, including 0 K, 0.5 K ,1 K (CK), 1.5 K , 2 K , 2.5 K, 4 K, 6 K , the activity of POD, SOD, CAT, and the content of malonaldehyde in leaves, stems, and roots were determined after 60d. The results showed that with the increase of potassium concentration, the activity of POD in leaves and stems and the activity of CAT in roots decreased first and then increased, while the activity of POD in leaves, the activity of SOD in leaves, stems and roots, the CAT activity in leaves and stems, and the MDA content were "decrease-increase-decrease" trend. In different organs, the control (CK) had relatively lower enzymatic activity and MDA content than the other treatments, indicating that Pyrus betulaefolia was sub-jected to stress both in high potassium and low potassium. Thus, the potassium fertilizer should be reasonable application in the pro-duction.
