摘要

Abstract

In this study, the contents of four heavy metals, including Cd, Pb, Cu and Zn, were determined by anodic stripping voltam-metry in five tissues of foot, mantle, adductor muscle, gill and visceral mass of the adult clam Mactra veneriformis collected in Tianjin Gaoshaling sea area. The results showed that gill and visceral mass were the major tissues that selectively accumulate the heavy met-als, the contents of Cd, Pb and Cu were significantly higher than that of the other three tissues (P<0.05), While the content of Zn in gill and foot muscle were significantly higher than that of the others (P<0.05). For the contents of different heavy metals in each tis-sue, Zn contents in foot muscle, adductor muscle and gill were significantly higher than the other three heavy metals(P<0.05), While Cu contents in mantle and visceral mass were significantly higher than the other three heavy metals (P<0.05). Except for Cd in gill and visceral mass, the contents of all heavy metals in other four tissues were in the allowing range of national standard of Health Aquatic Products.
