晾制密度对雪茄烟中性致香成分的影响
Effects of Drying Density on Neutral Aroma Compounds in Cigar Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
To explore the effects of different drying densities on various neutral aroma components in cigar tobacco leaves, the experi-ment was conducted with the middle leaf of cigar, three different drying densities (6, 8,10 kg·m-3) were set, and the content of neutral aroma substances were analyzed. The results showed that the content of neophytadiene and maillard reaction products increased with the increase of drying density. The total amount of neutral aroma substances, the cembratriendiol degradation products, and phenylala-nine degradation products reached the highest level at 8 kg·m-3. Carotenoid degradation was more sufficient when the air curing den-sity was 6 kg·m-3. By adjusting the drying densities, it was possible to obtain some tobacco leaves with more prominent aroma sub-stances, which was of great significance for increasing compatibility and richness of raw tobacco leaves.关键词
