Abstract

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of isothiocyanate on tomato to prevent fungal diseases. Comparison exper-iment of the 20%isothiocyanate EW with the dosage of 45, 75, 105 L·hm-2 and traditional chemical control, including 50%Carben-dazim WP 22500 g+3% Phoxim GR 90000 g and 70% Thiophanate-methyl WP 7500 g+3% Phoxim GR 90000 g, were studied for the fungal control effect on tomato using drip irrigation system in greenhouse. The results showed that the biocontrol effect of isoth-iocyanate on tomato fungal diseases was better than the traditional chemical control, and the effect was best when the dosage of 20%isothiocyanate EW was 105 L·hm-2. In addition, the biocontrol effect of isothiocyanate was safer than the chemical control, so isothio-cyanate could be applied to tomato cultivation to prevent the fungal diseases .
