Numerical Simulation of Hydrodynamic Cavitation Effect of Annulus Cavitation Device with Different Types of Inner Shafts

Abstract
Based on the computational fluid dynamic software Ansys Fluent and Schnerr-Sauer cavitation model,numerical simulation was conducted to study the hydrodynamic cavitation effect of three types of inner shaft and get the distribution of pressure,velocity,and vapor fraction.The results showed that different types of inner shaft have little effect on the peak velocity of the fluid,but can influence the range of high velocity.The cavitation effect of the spherical inner shaft device is better than the cone-shaped inner shaft device,and the cone-shaped inner shaft device is better than the pear-shaped inner shaft device.Most of the cavitation effect occurred on the wall of the inner shaft.关键词
