摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the complex structure and multiple design parameters of value-setter,a robust design parameter identification method for value-setter based on FMEA/FTA/FEA was proposed.According to the working principle and function structure of the value-setter,the main failure modes of the value-setter can be obtained based on the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA),and the key components can be got based on fault tree analysis (FTA),so as to improve the reliability and reduce the failure probability of the value-setter.The relationships between the performance of the key components and their design variables were simulated and analyzed with ABAQUS finite element analysis (FEA) software,which can identify the robust design variables of the value-setter.This design method has certain significance for the robust design parameter identification of complex products.
