Abstract
According to Western medicine, chest obstruction is a common and frequently-occurring disease, which is closely related to coronary heart disease (CHD). With the development of disease spectrum and therapeutic technique, GAO Kejian, the chief physician, holds the view that the knowledge of Chest obstruction in ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cannot meet the requirements of the overall diagnosis and treatment of it nowadays. The development of modern medicine reduces the incidence rate and mortality of CHD significantly, but the prophylaxis and the treatment after interventional therapy is remaining difficult and hotspot problems of TCM and Western medicine therapy. Cheif doctor GAO Kejian summarizes extensive clinical experience focusing on the etiology and the pathogen-esis of Chest obstruction, which is related to CHD. This article aims at making an initial summary on the cheif doctor GAO Kejian's aca-demic experience in treating CHD to provide a new method of making diagnosis and practicing treatment in clinic.关键词
