定悸方对阵发性房颤炎症因子及心肌纤维化影响
Observation on the inhibition of inflammatory cytokines and the intervention of myocardial fibrosis by Dingjifang recipe

Abstract
[Objective] To observe the inhibition of inflammatory cytokines and the intervention of myocardial fibrosis in qi and yin defi-ciency synclrome patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation between Dingjifang recipe group and Western medicine group. [Methods] The 60 patients, according to the inclusion criteria, randomly divided into for treatment group and control group, compared the difference between two groups before and after treatment, including attack frequency, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, high-sensitivity CRP (hsCRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular short axis fractional shortening (FS). [Results] After treatment, the clinical symptom improvement rate of treatment recipe group was higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The serum hsCRP and IL-6 of patients in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the serum levels of hsCRP and IL-6 in treatment group were lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Patients followed up for six months, LVEF, FS values in two groups were higher than that before treat-ment(P<0.05), and the LVEF increased more significantly in treatment group than control group (P<0.05), the left atrial diameter of treat-ment group was significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Dingjifang recipe can effectively inhibit the over expres-sion of inflammatory factors and improve myocardial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling.关键词
