血府逐瘀汤对血瘀体质冠心病合并高脂血症患者血清炎症因子、内皮功能及心血管 事件的影响

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effect on serum inflammatory factors,endothelial function and cardiovascular events of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with blood stasis constitution. [Methods] The 125 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with blood stasis constitution were randomly divided into the observation group (64cases)and the control group(61 cases). The control group was given conventional therapy, and the observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction for 2 months based on conventional therapy. For 6 months, the changes of serum inflammatory factors, endothelial function and cardiovascular events were observed between the two groups. [Results] 1)There was significantly difference of IL-1β,IL-18,hs-CRP,TNF-αin these two groups (P<0.05). All indexes of the two groups were showed a declining trend over time (P<0.05), the changed amplitude in observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). 2)There was significantly difference of NO,6-Keto-PGF-1α, ET-1,TAXB2 in these two groups (P<0.05), the two groups of NO,6-Keto-PGF-1a were showed a rising trend over time and ET-1,TAXB2 were showed a declining trend over time (P<0.05), the changed amplitude in observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). 3) In the observation group, the total incidence rate cardiovascular events group was 7.81%, and that of the control group was22.95%, with significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can inhibit inflammation, protect endothelial function and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with blood stasis constitution.关键词
