小柴胡汤合金水六君煎加味治疗痰浊阻肺型AECOPD临床观察
Clinical observation on the treatment of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type AECOPD with Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Jinshui Liujun decoction

Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Jinshui Liujun decoction on turbid phlegm obstruct-ing lung type AECOPD patients with mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance. [Methods] The 60 cases of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD were included in the standard according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group were treated with routine anti-infection, spasmolysis and symptomatic treatment, patients in the observation group based on routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction and Jinshui liu jun Decoction, a course of 10 days, the two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with MRC dyspnea score and 6 minutes walking distance test. [Results] It is no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test by statis-tical analysis;two groups of patients improved significantly in mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test compared with before treatment (P<0.05);moreover, the treatment group than the control group improved significantly (P<0.05). [Conclusion] the conventional therapy combined with Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Jinshui liu jun Decoction is better than single western medicine treatment for improv-ing phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD patients with mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test.关键词
