补骨脂苷和异补骨脂苷与牛血清白蛋白相互作用研究
Study on the interaction between BSA and psoralenoside as well as isopsoralenoside
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study of on the interaction between BSA and psoralenoside (PO) as well as isopsoralenoside (IPO). [Methods] Using the methods of UV absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence quenching spectroscopy, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy quenching mechanism, binding constants, binding sites, conformational changes of PO as well as IPO to the BSA were analyzed. [Results] PO and IPO bound weakly to BSA with a static quenching process, which cause light changes in the polarity environment around the chromophore of tryptophan. The binding sites of the two drugs on BSA were Site II. [Conclusion] The mechanism of interaction between PO and IPO with BSA was revealed through the spectroscopy study.关键词
