中医药对肠道紧密连接蛋白调节作用的研究进展
Advances in study of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the intestinal tight junction proteins
摘要
Abstract
The intestinal mechanical barrier plays an important role in protection the body from infiltrating of toxic substances and the tight junction proteins were the structural basis, including claudin-1, occluidn and ZO-1 and so on. The intestinal mechanical barrier and tight junction proteins were closely related to many digestive diseases, such as ulcerative colitis, acute pancreatitis, irritable bowel syn-drome, functional dyspepsia. Recently many researches have found that the traditional Chinese medicine can modulate the intestinal tight junction proteins. This article reviewed the advances in study of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the intestinal tight junction proteins.关键词
