作物驯化对根际微生物组的选择效应
A selecting effect of crop domestication on rhizomicrobiome
摘要
Abstract
Crop domestication refers to the selection , modification and utilization of some available traits from wild relatives of cultivat-ed species by artificial interventions .Crop domestication process changes plant phenotype , root architecture and root secondary metabo-lites, which finally changes the structure and function of the rhizosphere microorganism .We reviewed the influences of the crop domes-tication on the crop phenotype and root architecture , and the corresponding rhizomicrobiome change as well .We discussed the effect of domestication on rhizomicrobiome , and then focused on the relationships between domestication and symbiotic microorganisms inclu -ding the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobium .This review would contribute more to selecting plant -beneficial microorganisms in the rhizosphere from wild plant species .关键词
