摘要

Abstract

A circuit structure and design method of a millimeter wave vector modulator with being wide range adaptation is introduced in this paper,the characteristic of this method is that only one pulse transformer is used to transmit the bipolar trigger pulse,the topology is simple,and fewer components are used,solving the key problems of high-low voltage insulation,electromagnetic interference and miniaturization,as well as analyzes in-depth the optimization of further improvements with the help of Pspice simulation.Finally,the experiments show that the results are satisfied and the proposed method can be widely used in TWTs of transmitter.
