奶牛乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感试验
Isolation and identification of cow mastitis pathogenic bacteria and disk diffusion test

Abstract
In late spring to summer of 2016,cows of a dairy farm in Anhui province suffered from severe mastitis.In order to identify the pathogenic bacteria of mastitis and their drug resistance in the cows on this farm,74 milk samples and 30 bedding samples were collected,and pathogenic bacteria were isolated.Then,PCR was performed to identify the pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that there were four pathogenic bacteria and a total of 147 strains,including 108 Escherichia coli strains,eight Staphylococcus aureus strains,29 Streptococcus uberis strains and two Streptococcus dysgalactiae strains.Finally,disk diffusion test was performed with drugs used on the dairy farm to evaluate drug tolerance of these isolated pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that penicillin,amoxicillin and gentamycin inhibited the growth of these pathogenic bacteria effectively.关键词
