摘要

Abstract

Contagious caprine pleuropneumonia (CCPP) in goats is caused by mycoplasma capricolum subsp.Mycoplasma capricolum subsp.capripneumoniae (MCCP) is an acute or chronic respiratory infectious disease whose pathogens are difficult to isolate and culture.Similarity to the biochemical and serum properties of the other members of thefiliform mycoplasma family makes it impractical to precisely identify the pathogen.However,PCR-based molecular detection technology,with its advantages of high specificity,sensitivity,and so on,has been widely applied to early clinical diagnosis of diseases.This paper summarizes the existing diagnostic techniques for CCPP,providing technical references for prevention and treatment of this disease.
