实时右心声学造影对卵圆孔未闭相关偏头痛的观察
Exploratory Research on Migraine Related with Patent Foramen Ovale by Real-time Contrast Echocardiography of Right Heart
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze transcranial doppler foaming experiment and contrast echocardiography of right heart based on the conventional echocardiography to diagnose patent foramen ovale and the relationship between patent foramen ovale and unexplained migraine .Methods 80 cases of patients with migraine caused by other causes in our hospital were collected to study preoperative tran -scranial doppler foaming experiment and contrast echocardiography of right heart ,and to observe the presence of a right-to-left shunt and half quantitative classification on the micro bubble number .Then the two methods were compared with the data in the operation . Results For the diagnosis of the patent foramen ovale ,the sensitivity ,specificity ,diagnostic rate and other indicators of contrast e-chocardiography of right heart were all higher than those of transcranial doppler (TCD) foaming experiment .Among the different groups of contrast echocardiography of right heart ,the larger the left atrial diameter was ,the greater the pressure was and the smaller the shunt was .Conclusions Contrast echocardiographyof right heart is simple and safe ,and the diagnosis is remarkable ,which has a high clinical practical value for further research of the unexplained migraine disease .关键词
