摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for analyzing trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in petroleum by head space-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC/MS/MS). Methods PAHs was determined out of petroleum by GC/MS/MS under the optimization of HS-SPME and set-up for mass spectrometry, together with the sensitivity being detected, standard curves established, plus the results obtained with full and MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) scanning. Results Sixteen kinds of PAHs were detected under the limits of detection (LOD) of 0.001~0.03μg/L and limits of quantity (LOQ) 0.004~0.1μg/L. All the PAHs have a good linear relationship at the concentration range of 10?500μg/L (r =0.999). Conclusion MRM scanning can eliminate the interference of impurity in petroleum, improving both the sensitivity and accuracy, capable of offering a better support for detection of trace PAHs in petroleum.
