Application of Mobile Laboratory in Food Security for Public Activities
摘要
Abstract
With the recapitulation of current situation on food poisoning home and abroad, the concept and connotation of food security are here elucidated, especially focusing on the incidents of mass food poisoning. Mobile laboratory, designed for food security in large public events, is necessary because it can sit at the site of activity, allow testing directly, therefore the technical support can be provided immediately. However, there are shortcomings for the present available mobile laboratory to deal with the urgent crisis from public food security. Thus, both the construction and capability requirements of mobile laboratory are forthwith analyzed suggestively. The application prospect and expectable researches are also expounded of the mobile laboratory in food security for public events, thereby extending the foundation for construction of mobile laboratory and its application in food security.关键词
