摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an efficient DNA extraction method for individual identification from teeth materials. Methods Contaminants were removed from teeth surfaces by physical and chemical treatments. DNA was obtained from the treated teeth with super-sensitive DNA extraction kit and its STR has been typed. Results STR typing can be effectively shown. Conclusion The method is characteristic of short time and small sample requirement, capable of typing good STR profiles, thereby applicable to the extraction of dental DNA in forensic cases.关键词
