摘要

Abstract

Object To design a surgical instrument preprocessor to facilitate the following cleaning.Methods The preprocessor was composed of a plastic shell, a liquid holding tank, an abluent adding mechanism, a charging pump, a set of temperature control device for heating and temperature calibration, truckles and a tank cover. The tigntness of the preprocessor was realized by a depressor under the tank cover, a spring connecting the depressor with the cover, a rope crossing through the cover and linked with the depressor as well as a ropewinder.Results The preprocessor eliminated easily the bloodstain and etc and prevented the biomembrane from coming into being.Conclusion The preprocessor behaves well in easy operation, automation and cleaning efficiency.
