医用臭氧联合甘草酸二胺胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效及对肝功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of medical ozone combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsules in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and liver fibrosis, in order to provide basis for clinical treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B. Methods Ninety-eight cases of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis patients in department of infectious disease of the Second Hospital of Qinhuangdao from June 2016 to 2017 June included as the object study,the patients were di-vided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (49 cases) according to random number table method. The Patients in the control group were treated with routine antiviral and hepatoprotective drugs. Observation group were treated with medical ozone combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsules on the basis of control group. The clinical effects,liver fibrosis in-dexes and liver function indexes of two groups were compared. Results The total effective of observation group was signifi-cantly higher than the control group (χ2 =9. 075,P=0. 003). There was no significant difference in liver fibrosis serological markers (Ⅳ C,PCⅢ,LN and HA) and liver biochemical markers ( AST,ALT and Tbil) between the two groups before treat-ment (t=0. 016, t=0. 089, t=0. 049, t=0. 072, t=0. 105, t=0. 345, t=0. 049,P=0. 987, P=0. 930, P=0. 961, P=0. 942, P=0. 917, P=0. 731, P=0. 642). After treatment,the serum fibrosis markers ⅣC,PCⅢ,LN and HA and AST,ALT and Tbil in liver function in both groups were significantly improved ( control group: t=4. 999, t=3. 531, t=4. 303, t=2. 476, t=9. 420, t=9. 827, t=6. 792, all P= 0. 000;observation group:t=7. 690, t=6. 917, t=9. 278,t=7. 852, t=12. 294, t=13. 660, t=11. 141, all P=0. 000),and the observation group was better than the control group (t=3. 099, t=2. 960, t=4. 768, t=5. 479, t=4. 742, t=5. 279, t=4. 608, all P=0. 000). There was no significant difference in gastrointestinal reaction between the two groups(χ2 =0. 211,P=0. 646). Conclusion Medical ozone combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsules on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B fibrosis has good curative effect,the patients had no serious gastrointestinal reaction with high safety,and serum markers of liver fibrosis and liver function biochemical inde-xes of patients were improved,they can effectively improve the quality of life in patients.关键词
