Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of car excision combined with moderate thickness skin grafting on joint function in patients with deep second degree burn after scar formation. Methods 60 patients with scar deformity after deep second degree burn healing in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were studied. According to the random number table method, divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment and functional exercise. The observation group received scar resection combined with middle thickness skin grafting, plastic surgery and functional exercise on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, the recovery of the curative effect after the treatment and the satisfaction of the patients to the treatment were compared and analyzed. The survival rate of the patients in the observation group was analyzed. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 100.00％, significantly higher than that of the control group (76.67％) , the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The survival rate of skin graft and survival grafts in the observation group were all higher (96％ or more), and the survival rate of hand and shoulder grafts was higher than 98％. After 6,12 months, the recovery of joint function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67％, which was higher than that of the control group (76.67％, P<0.05). Conclusion Cicatricial resection combined with medium and thick skin graft is better for the recovery of joint function in patients with scar deformity after deep second degree burn, and the survival rate of skin grafting is high and the clinical value is high.关键词
