摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore an effective amendment to breast implant body cavity is too large or deviation point the new method. Methods 5 dental needle point from the surface design of line A needle, penetrating all layers, from the capsular layer of the needle before, removal of the needle point was about 2cm-wide layer around the capsule, and then with the A point corresponding to the capsular layer suture after, the same approach to point B and C points. Results A total of 38 patients were followed up for 6-24 months after operation, the breast shape was natural and satisfactory. Conclusion Needle positioning and stitching for correction of breast implants, excessive or excursion of the lumen after augmentation mammaplasty, it has the advantages of simple operation, accurate positioning, satisfactory effect and convenient application.关键词
