摘要
Abstract
Botulinum toxin type A ( BTX-A) was first used in the treatment of ocular muscle spasm and found to have the effect of stretching the skin to remove wrinkles. Currently, BTX-A is widely used in the treatment of facial rejuvenation and some dermatological diseases.Pathological scar,including hypertrophic scars and keloids, causes great trouble to the patient's appearance and psychology, severe cases can affect the body's function and daily life. BTX-A has been used in vitro and in clinical studies for pathologic scars and has obvious advantages in prevention and early treatment. It has been proven to be safe and effective. In this paper,mechanism of BTX-A on the pathological scar and clinical studies are reviewed.关键词
