Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of drugs lead-in by ultrasonic wave in the treatment of tinea corporis and tinea cruris.Methods Eighty patients with tinea corporis or tinea cruris were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of the observation group were treated with drugs lead-in by ultrasonic wave and those of the control group were directly applied with drugs.Then symptom scores,clinical efficacy,fungus microscopic examination,and adverse effects were evaluated on Day 7 and Day 14 of treatment.Results As compared to the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased on Day 7 [70％ vs 15％,P ＜ 0.05] and Day 14 [90％ vs 65％,P ＜ 0.05].The fungal clearance rate in the observation group was also obviously higher than that in the control group [95％ vs 72.5％,P ＜ 0.05].There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The ultrasonic technique can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and fungal clearance efficacy of drugs in the patients with tinea corporis or tinea cruris.关键词
