Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Fushen Granule combined with colonic enema on intestinal dysfunction after peritoneal dialysis catheterization. Methods Through a comparative study of clinical cases, we analyzed 48 cases of regular peritoneal dialysis and intestinal dysfunction, and divided them into treatment group and control group according to Chinese medicine intervention. Before and after treatment, the cerum creatinine (SCr), urea nitrogen (BUN), hemoglobin (HGB), urea clearance index (Kt/V), serum potassium (K+) and peritoneal dialysis related laboratory indicators were detected, and the function of bowel was assessed to evaluate its curative effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Results Content of Hb after treatment in treatment group was lower than that before treatment (90.47±13.87 vs 106.23±15.65 g/L) and that after treatment in control group (90.47±13.87 vs 100.46±12.41 g/L), there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In treatment group, Kt/V after treatment was lower than that before treatment (1.24±0.22 vs 0.79±0.30) and that in control group after treatment (1.24±0.22 vs 0.92±0.34) compared statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The gastrointestinal symptom scores in treatment group before and after treatment (26.69±2.74 vs 17.11±3.27) were lower than that after treatment in control group (22.75±4.24), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Fushen Granule combined with colon enema can improve intestinal function and maintain protein nutritional status in peritoneal dialysis patients, and it can be used to treat intestinal dysfunction after peritoneal dialysis catheter placement.关键词
