Abstract
Statin is one of safe and well-tolerant prescriptions in lipid-lowering drugs, and widely used in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Many studies have identified the effective role of statin in reducing the incidence and severity of stroke and improving functional outcomes in stroke patients. This article is aim to review the evidence of statin for the primary prevention of ischemic stroke, providing reference for standard clinical practice.关键词
