摘要
Abstract
Diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a systematic project, and AIS related guidelines can provide guidance for clinical practice. The primary hospitals may face different problems during applying the guidelines to practice. This paper summarized and evaluated the common problems including AIS emergency assessment and transfer, imaging evaluation, intravenous thrombolysis and antithrombotic therapy, and endovascular treatment in primary hospitals.关键词
