摘要
Abstract
Immune globulin G4-related disease ( IgG4-RD ) is a rare disease with multiple organ involvement. Opportunities and challenges coexists in clinical and mechanical researches of IgG4-RD in China. Abundant case resources in China will be helpful for researchers to analyze clinical features and pathogenesis of the disease. With the extensive development of IgG4 detection, the understanding of IgG4-RD are deepened. On the other hand, more trouble, such as low specificity of serum IgG4, other diseases mimicking IgG4-RD, refractory and relapsing IgG4-RD, etc. are confusing clinicians.关键词
