摘要
Abstract
Circular RNAs ( circRNAs) are one class of noncoding RNAs ( ncRNAs) with function of gene expression regulating in various cells. The allergic airway diseases are characterized by allergic inflammation and hyperesponsiveness of airway. Recently, several kinds of miRNAs were found to be involved in a series of pathophysiologic processes in allergic airway diseases. CircRNAs play important roles in the pathogenesis of allergic airway diseases through interactions with miRNAs and may become the potential therapeutic targets of allergic airway diseases. The biogenesis, biological characteristics of circRNAs and their roles and mechanisms in allergic airway diseases were reviewed in this article.关键词
