Metabolites of microbiome in allergic diseases
摘要
Abstract
In recent decades, the incidence of allergic diseases has increased markedly. It was shown that abnormal microbiome was involved in the occurrence and development of allergic diseases by results of accumulating studies. There are more than 1000 bacterial species colonized in the human gut. Now it is known that gut microbiome can produce different metabolites from dietary materials. These metabolites and bacterial components influence the regulation of host immune responses, resulted in affecting the development of various immunological diseases, including allergic disease. The recent findings regarding these microbial metabolites in the regulation of allergic diseases were primarily summarize in this review.关键词
